If you are targeted by a bully, the most important thing you need to do is to stand up for yourself verbally. But the problem is that most teenagers will not have the confidence to do it, unless they can defend themselves physically and that’s where our program comes into play.
At Active Krav Maga you will experience fun skill building drills, learn powerful self-defence skills, get a healthy dose of fitness, build confidence, make new friends and learn all about important life lessons like, which will help you succeed in life.
LEADERSHIP SKILLS
Krav Maga teaches discipline, focus, respect, attentiveness, and diplomacy. It teaches to think things through… to show courtesy to everyone around… and to stand up for what’s right.
We show our members that violence is only a last resort, yet if there is a need you will be able to defend yourself and your friends. You’ll learn to talk things out, and come to an understanding with one another. We will teach you advanced communication tactics and conflict management.
In short, you will learn the makings of a true leader.
