TEEN KRAV MAGA CRASH COURSE

After our huge success with the teenage program in Cheltenham and Gloucester,
AKM will now offer a 4-week crash course starting in August 2022.

Active Krav Maga is the only place in Gloucestershire offering teenage Krav Maga program.

The program is specifically designed for the ages 12-16 years and it covers subjects relevant for this age group. The classes will make participants more confident, disciplined, organised as well as helpful to others.

Participants will learn the tactics to deal with bullies, prevent grooming, develop a growth mindset and much more.

We use Krav training as a tool to help our members develop self-discipline, drive, and commitment, which lead to self-respect – teenagers emerge from our program changed for the better.

KRAV MAGA IS THE MOST POWERFUL ANTI-BULLY SOLUTION

If you are targeted by a bully, the most important thing you need to do is to stand up for yourself verbally. But the problem is that most teenagers will not have the confidence to do it, unless they can defend themselves physically and that’s where our program comes into play.

At Active Krav Maga you will experience fun skill-building drills, learn powerful self-defence skills, get a healthy dose of fitness, build confidence, make new friends and learn all about important life lessons like conflict communication and leadership, which will help you succeed in life.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS

Krav Maga teaches discipline, focus, respect, attentiveness, and diplomacy. It teaches to think things through… to show courtesy to everyone around… and to stand up for what’s right.

We show our members that violence is only a last resort, yet if there is a need you will be able to defend yourself and your friends. You’ll learn to talk things out, and come to an understanding with one another. We will teach you advanced communication tactics and conflict management.
